If it does not load, there are a couple of possible quick solutions.

1. Quicktime players have to be manually set to play Flash content .
            (legal reasons I guess)..... Select always allow flash.

2. Because of the above, the link may indicate an error.....
            In Mozilla Firefox choose reload (Ctrl-R) after authorizing Flash.   
            In Internet Explorer choose refresh (F5) after authorizing Flash   .
